StickSeal™ technology has been designed to offer an improved experience without the need to clean the device. This is a product upgrade, as the sticks now feature a special cover at the front that seals the stick and prevents tobacco residue from entering the glo™ device during use. As a result, consumers will no longer need to clean the inside of the device from tobacco buildup*. This upgrade does not affect the consumers’ taste experience – the flavour of the sticks remains unchanged**.

**StickSeal™ technology does not affect the taste of tobacco sticks, which are only used with glo™ devices​

1. Make sure the device is turned off and has cooled down for at least 10 minutes after the last use.

2. Open the shutter by rotating the TasteSelect™ dial to the Standard or Boost position, but do not press the start button.

3. If you cannot remove the stick using your hands, try using a toothpick to gently pull the stick out. If necessary, open the access door and carefully push the stick from the bottom. Do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the heating chamber.

4. Finally, check for any residue in the heating chamber. If present, clean it with a cotton swab. Close the heating chamber by rotating the dial to the OFF position and make sure to keep it closed when not using the device to prevent the build up of dust or foreign objects.
